Singapore, 28 March 2025 — Virtuos, a leading video game development company, today announced the appointments of Tim Fields as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Diane Peyredieu du Charlat as Chief People Officer (CPO), effective as of March 30, 2025.

Tim Fields, COO of Virtuos
Tim Fields joins Virtuos with over 30 years of leadership experience in the games industry, bringing a track record of shipping hit games across all platforms and managing studios worldwide. As a producer and game director at Electronic Arts, he led global teams that launched iconic titles such as Need for Speed and SSX on console, PC, and mobile, consistently meeting the demands of top publishers. As CEO of Kabam Games, Tim oversaw all aspects of product development, publishing, and operations for games such as Marvel Contest of Champions. More recently, as Global Digital Play Lead at Hasbro Interactive, he managed internal studios alongside successful game adaptations for brands including Baldur’s Gate 3, Magic the Gathering: Arena, and Monopoly Go!.
In addition to his leadership roles, Tim has proven expertise in driving machine learning and AI into user acquisition and software development, significantly enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving delivery times. His expertise in operational excellence and global studio management will accelerate Virtuos’ goal of becoming a best-in-class global game developer.
Tim is also the author of six influential books on the games industry, such as Distributed Game Development: Harnessing Global Talent to Create Winning Games, Mobile & Social Game Design, and Game Development 2042: The Future of Game Design, Development, and Publishing. His visionary insights into industry trends, as demonstrated in his published works, will strengthen Virtuos’ strategic edge and ability to help its clients adapt.

Diane Peyredieu du Charlat, CPO of Virtuos
Diane Peyredieu du Charlat brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience to her role as CPO of Virtuos. She served as the global talent acquisition director at Ubisoft, where she defined and managed talent strategies that supported the company’s global success in the gaming industry. More recently, as Vice President of HR at IDEMIA, she focused on employee engagement, talent management and organization design. Diane’s experience in talent acquisition, development, and HR operations aligns seamlessly with Virtuos’ goal of becoming a talent magnet and nurturing a skilled, innovative game development workforce across its 25 offices worldwide.
