The Virtuos CSR Policy serves to govern and enhance the education and employability of future generations, while ensuring the sustainability of our company and the environment.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct is our internal governance and accountability framework, which seeks to establish principles and rules to foster, oversee, and regulate the conduct and ethical standards of all employees, in line with the three core Virtuos values of excellence, trust, and positivity.
Whistle-Blowing Policy
The Whistle-Blowing Policy provides a framework for responsible and secure whistle-blowing without fear or favour.
Anti-Harassment Policy
The Anti-Harassment Policy details our zero-tolerance approach toward harassment, victimization, bullying, and other inappropriate behaviors or abuse.
Data Privacy Policy
The Data Privacy Policy governs a core principle of our business and our corporate social responsibility – the protection and proper management of personal information obtained from third parties.
