Having established relationships with most of the leading Korean developers already over the last 14 years, Virtuos would like to open a support studio in Seoul to deepen its ties with clients and offer improved services. The General Manager will have full responsibility for defining the strategy, recruiting his team and delivering profitable growth to the Group while helping Korean developers produce bigger, more profitable games.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic executive who has successfully managed a sales or business development team or a production services business in the games industry and negotiated development, licensing or services deals with major game publishers/developers. A good understanding of game production combined with existing relationships within the gaming community will be highly additive as Virtuos anticipates the General Manager needing to successfully navigate complex sales and decision-making processes.

The Business Development Director will lead business development and account management activities in South Korea to develop a solid long-term presence, generating increased awareness and development partnerships. Their goal will be coordinating a team to expand Virtuos’ existing network to span all major game studios, generating leads and sourcing potential deals, and ensuring delivery of support services across both Art and Game divisions.

This is a 4 month Training Program. Our company will arrange the most senior/experienced 3D Character Artists to conduct the training for this program. The trainees that successfully complete the courses and pass our final exam will be hired, and involved in very high-end next-gen game production projects.
